I always thought there'd be a reason why Noel and Liam Gallagher from Oasis would be so much more fucking awesome than 'El Mike Tyson of grunge' himself, Kurt Cobain.
Firstly, they don't make songs like I Hate Myself And I Want To Die. For the record, that's actually a song by Nirvana. I hate myself and I want to die. Lol, it's certainly unique though.
Instead, they make songs like Live Forever, which might I add landed the first place on NME's best indie anthems of all time. Correct me if I'm wrong, they have more than 5 songs on that goddamn list.
Second, nope it's not because they literally abuse the F word. [oh lookie i didn't blurt it out this time] But it's because of their attitude. Everyone likes a dose of spitfire rockers every now and then right?
And third. I don't have a third......
Uh wells. I changed the song at the bottom of my blog page. I think it's Champagne Supernova now. I also went on a Strokes downloading rampage yesterday, because......, The Strokes are awesome yeah?
And Cobra Starship too. I never knew they were such an awesome powerpop band. I love power pop =)
Anyways, church was so boring. And instead of going to OLOL, my mum dragged me to St Sebastian coz' today is the feast of St Sebastian. I still don't know why he's canonized.
