I like Jakob Dylan's voice. It's nice
Since I've been complaining about my frequent short-blogposts-of-late so much, I've decided to post a longer one.
Initially, I didn't want to because a.I'm lazy, unsurprisingly and b. I don't have a topic and even if I did, I'd still be lazy. So I've decided to
The reason why still seems indistinct, but meh, who gives a damn when I don't?
This post does come from somewhere though. Someone actually. My dear ex-deskmate and one of my dear best friends, Jill. She inspires me to write unusually nice posts :)
I doubt you give a damn about it, but still, I'll write it anyhow.
Okay so this year, I was in 3 Hornbill, a very intimidating class because of the bunch of geniuses in it. In fact, I still don't understand how could I have been in it. It's shocking, really.
I thought it was only gonna be Jill and I. Turns out, Jo and Joevy were in Hornbill too :)
Oh and pardon the Hornbill part, all the classes are named after obscure, nearly-extinct birds. I'm serious here, people. When I first step foot in secondary, I didn't recognize any bird name except for Partridge [Thanks to that 12 Days of Christmas carol], Heron, Hornbill and Eagle.
The wtf comes here.
Anyway, I sat with Jill the whole year. Well, maybe half of the year because of hols and absences [Typically, me.]
Jill was a cool deskmate, the coolest if not. She has her days, but so do I. The fact that she could put up with it leaves me in awe :)
We're both awesome sayangs lolz.
There were a lot of things we did together. From passing ridunkulous notes to cutting up stickers to bitching about almost everything to making 'Throw your own rubbish, we're busy' signs to trying to get almost every algebraic question correct
So yeah, uber awesome deskmate, she is. :]
And of course, Khai Wern and Amanda [she's my cooking partner and lab partner and aural test group member as well] aren't gonna go unremembered. I love both of them despite being annoyed most of the time. Amanda's amusing in a way, with her oddly adorable quotes and loltastic stories and her electric blue toenails.. Khai Wern's just so happy all the time. Happy's good.
The teachers were okay too I suppose. Frankly, I didn't care much about the teachers. Sure, they suck for certain periods of time, but whatever, they're teachers and it's their job to throw us into a void of glumness.
Oookayyy...
That being said, I think I'll conclude.
This year....has been nothing short of nice. It wasn't really bad, it wasn't really good.
It was just nice enough to keep me still alive and continue hoping that next year won't be so bad.
*guffaws*
Since when the hell have I had that holier-than-thou attitude?
It shocks me.
And what's with the thousand smilies?
I'm flabbergasted
I've spent the whole morning of today playing Lego Batman. I find it too cute to be a game. I mean, even Batman looks so adorable in his Lego form. Robin too, he's always being dumb running round and getting his arse kicked by those eskimo-looking henchmen. Seriously, that game is so adorable, the only way to actually kick it's seriousness up a notch is by having Batman break everything in his way. That was what I did. But he still looked cute breaking everything.
.........
Holy crap, my life is screwed if I'm actually typing out a blogpost that says Batman is cute.
No wait, I've done it before.
I'm right. My life IS screwed.
I think I'm gonna head to Cold Storage now. I need to get some stuff to bake.
AND I ran out of chocolate syrup and ice cream
