The Sekretariat Selamatkan Bahasa Melayu (Save Bahasa Melayu Secretariat) will organize a gathering of 100,000 people to protest against the use of English in the teaching of Science and Mathematics.
Now let's see what's wrong in that sentence?
Sekretariat oddly sounds exactly like secretariat, doesn't it?

Yeeeesh. It's one thing that the education ministry has turned us all into grades-fixated nerds through school exams. It's another that the scholarship quota is so downright prejudiced. And then there's this.
WTH?
ENGLISH - INTERNATIONAL LANGUAGE LAH, PEOPLE!
What do they expect us to do? Learn Science and Maths in Malay, further our studies in English, AND PHAILZUH????
Our country is so screwed. I actually feel bad for it.

Do you know what I think, you should speak your native language and then choose the option to learn another language.
Well, as you tell I'm bilingual, speaking in English and Chinese/Cantonese. Don't know much Chinese and can bearly read the language. Just basic words. At the moment, trying to learn Japanese to make sense of J_Rock and dress patterns of Gothic and Lolita Bible.
It just that when foreign words translated into English they sound stupid. The world language is Mandarin, whenever I hear it, sounds like spoken with closed teeth.
The whole worlds pretty messed up, with violence in Gaza. Violence never takes a day off.
I tried the Wii but suck really badly at Guitar Hero III but can't grip to buttons on Guitar controller. Too hard! There's any good games unless I buy one. See this why I want a Playstation 3, so much easier to play with. There's a PS2 and loads of RPGs to complete.
